Shipping policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Order processing occurs in 3-5 business days from time payment is confirmed. 

Free standard shipping on all orders. 

My package was lost or stolen now what?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost in the mail or returned to us due to an address error we will gladly reship the item, but unfortunately we will not cover the shipping cost and will reach out to you to make arrangements. If your item shows delivered and you suspect it was stolen you will need to contact your local post office and make a claim.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipment on returns.
