Refund policy

 

B&R Supply will only make returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects or shipping errors that must be reported within 30 days from the date of shipment.

All returned products must be sealable, unopened products in their original packaging and packaging. Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, during the manufacturer's warranty period.  

B&R Supply does not accept returns of the following:

• Blood collection chairs

• Glassware

• Items with an expiration date of 6 months or less.
